Feelings of elation by the sea and lake

The tour "High feelings by the sea and the lake" from the Natural Village Resort is a scenically spectacular round trip over 103 kilometres with 1,800 metres of elevation gain - perfect for experienced road cyclists with good stamina. From the start in Piazza della Libertà, the route leads through the marvellous hilly landscape of the Marche region and reaches its first natural wonder, the Lame Rosse: red, crenellated rock formations created by erosion. A few kilometres further on lies the deep blue Lago di Fiastra, framed by mountains - an ideal place for a short break with a panoramic view. The route continues to the mystical Santuario di Macereto, which lies in a quiet, unspoilt natural setting. A scenic section is followed by Lago di Caccamo, another body of water that invites you to take a break. Charming towns such as Pievefavera and finally Sarnano, nestled in forests and green hills, round off the tour. An intense but rewarding ride between natural wonders, culture and tranquillity.
